1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the MirrorLook App for Shopify or Tiendanube, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use MirrorLook on your authorized e-commerce store. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or proprietary AI models
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without an active subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscriptions and Billing

MirrorLook offers various subscription plans. Fees are billed through your Shopify or Tiendanube account or via our direct billing system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. We reserve the right to change fees upon reasonable notice.

4. Disclaimer

The AI-generated try-on images are provided "as is". MirrorLook makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy of garment fit or color representation, as results depend on the quality of source images provided by the merchant or end-user.

5. Limitations

In no event shall MirrorLook or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
